On behalf of our entire Country Mill family, we invite you to our 12th Annual Pick a Peck for People this Sunday, October 27th from 1-5pm. God has blessed us with apples and this an excellent opportunity to teach our next generation the impact of teamwork and volunteering. Our family will donate all the apples and you donate your time by picking the apples off our trees and into the bags that we’ll provide. The Greater Lansing Foodbank and St. Vincent DePaul Foodbank will be here to haul away the apples to families in need. Everyone that picks a bag of apples will receive a ticket for a complimentary corn maze or wagon ride to be enjoyed on Sunday from 1 to 5pm. In the past, volunteers have picked several thousands of pounds. We hope to make this another record year for the food bank. Thank You.
