The Charlotte Community Band (CCB) kicks off the 2019-2020 concert series with “Autumn Winds” on Thursday October 3, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Charlotte Performing Arts Center (CPAC). Tickets are on sale by visiting www.charlotteperformingartscenter.com Pre-sale tickets are $8 Adults/$5 Seniors/Students or $10 at the door.

The CCB is a wind and percussion ensemble that is open to anyone 14 years old or older who is interested in rehearsing and performing concert band music. The CCB is always accepting new members and rehearses at the Charlotte Middle School band room Thursdays 7:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m

Last year, the CCB began a tradition called “Charlotte’s Merry Little Christmas”. It was a wonderful family themed Christmas concert featuring the CCB as well as many other community musicians including the First Congregational Church choir. With the support of community members and local businesses monies were raised so that the community could present the concert free of charge. This year the concert will be held on Saturday December 14, 2019 at CPAC. The CCB looks forward to continuing this tradition with the support of donors, regular ticket sales and sponsors.
